AMC’s:
Servicing Only:
a) Any number of call regarding H/W malfunction or failure
through out year.
b) Preventive Maintenance at every 4 months
c) Any part or spares / components to be replaced will be
charged as per actual
Comprehensive:
a) Any number of call regarding H/W malfunction or failure
through out year.
b) Preventive Maintenance at every 4 months
c) Any part or spares / components to be replaced will be
charged as per actual
d) Along with this Engineers will be also attend license
software calls. Installation of new license software as
well as installation, reinstallation & un-installation of
existing as well as new license software will be
supported. Also unlicensed software like freeware, demo
software’s will be installed and uninstalled.
e) Along with this Anti virus support with existing
anti-virus software will be provided for every machine
under this contract. It also includes up-gradation of
anti-virus software, virus removal and cleaning whenever
detected.
f) Latest and various types of Anti-Virus/Data backup/Data
recovery solutions will be provided as per requirements,
at actual cost.

Actual Charges may vary as per the various Configurations
of machines.
